Compensation: $20.00 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Squad Members average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas that are as beautiful and fun as you are, in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, pepperoni perfectionists, late-night explorers, cheese lovers, and olive dodgers. Together, we’re creating an experience dedicated to making sure everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make customer pizzas, salads, and more
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
• Demonstrate fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, fast) on every shift
• Work with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for people, enjoy connecting with crew members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of the restaurant
• Teens (16+) are encouraged to apply
