Job Summary

As a Restaurant Squad member, your goal is to deliver excellent customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas that are as fun and beautiful as you are in a vibrant, authentic environment.

You’ll prepare pizzas for diverse customers—from pineapple adventurers to plant-based pioneers—and ensure everyone feels they belong. MOD promotes over 70% of its leaders internally, emphasizing growth and value for all team members.
