Description

We are seeking a talented culinary professional to join our kitchen leadership team as a Sous Chef. If you have a passion for culinary arts, enjoy mentoring a team, and love creating innovative menus and specials, we would like to hear from you.

This is an overtime-eligible managerial position.

Responsibilities
  • Own the restaurant menu and oversee line cooks.
  • Supervise evening kitchen staff.
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Ensure quality food preparation and proper food handling/storage according to standards.
  • Assist with purchasing and controlling food costs.
Qualifications
Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
  • Technical or additional training.
Skills & Attributes
  • Self-motivated with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to plan and develop menus and recipes.
  • Basic supervisory skills: planning, organizing, coaching, training, and discipline.
  • Passion for food and guest service.
Work Schedule

Our hotels operate 24/7; schedules are based on business needs. The Sous Chef will typically work the evening shift. Please complete the candidate availability form before applying.
