Job summary

Groot Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking a skilled social media marketer to manage and grow the restaurant brand channels across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more. You will oversee photoshoots, content creation, influencer outreach, data analysis, and on-site content curation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on social media experience in hospitality, strong copy and visuals, and the ability to coordinate with marketing teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/entertainment marketing.
• Experience conducting and coordinating restaurant photoshoots.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Willingness to travel for content creation (e.g., Las Vegas).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain restaurant social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Schedule and conduct culinary photo & video shoots with the team.
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots with social/operations teams.
• Oversee community management for designated channels.
• Create and post weekly social assets across channels.
• Execute social campaigns end-to-end from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing – Content for assets.
• Produce content for multi-channel use and on-site events.
