Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead team members during shifts, providing direction and support.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure policy compliance and food safety.
• Customer Service: Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service; address inquiries and feedback.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in labor cost management, inventory, and cash handling and reporting.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Create and manage employee schedules, monitor performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct inspections.
