Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. in Lacey, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew and deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with personal flair. You will model the service mindset, train Squad members, and uphold MOD standards on every shift.

You guide pizza production for diverse teams, foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, and promote internal growth. MOD emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and internal promotion, with a culture where all pizzas are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $18.50 - $18.50 per hour plus tips

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
