Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC in Baytown, TX, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with personality. You set the example of service and help create a place where everyone can experience pizza that feels personal.

You will guide pizza production for veggie pilers, pepperoni perfectionists, and plant-based pioneers, building a strong team and a guest-focused experience aligned with MOD values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience coaching and motivating frontline staff.
• Ability to think strategically and stay calm in busy restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated leadership with a service mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.

Compensation: $16.43/hour when combining hourly wage of $13.25 and average tips of $3.09/hour earned at this location!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
