You will open and close procedures, manage staffing, train new hires, monitor costs, and collaborate with managers to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. A strong hospitality mindset and ServSafe or equivalent certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant crew during your shift, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Create and maintain shift schedules, address staffing gaps, and coordinate with management.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety practices; develop team skills.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
