Cook Out in Dunn, NC is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll be hands-on, coaching staff, managing operations from front counter to grill, and driving performance on food, labor, and costs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience in a restaurant, strong communication, and a proven ability to multi-task under pressure. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 90 days, and a 4-5 day work week.

Qualifications
