McDonald's Avondale, AZ is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a franchisee‑operated location. You will lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and manage daily operations across training, food safety, inventory, and guest experience.

The role requires previous managerial experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and the ability to train staff. You must be 18 or older to supervise a team in locations with a franchisee employer.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and willingness to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
• Ensuring the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, sales promotions are performed correctly, all service staff are trained in procedures, and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for best service.
• Ensuring the Kitchen Department delivers high‑quality food quickly, food safety is maintained, food cost is controlled, and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Ensuring the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them well, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and provides recognition and motivation throughout their tenure.
