Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Alpharetta is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Restaurant Associate team, drive operational and financial standards on each shift, and build a cross-trained staff. You will assess Associates' performance and coach for improvement while ensuring adherence to Steak ’n Shake procedures and policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified in all Stations at Steak ‘n Shake or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe certification required where local regulations apply.
• Understanding of health codes and food safety.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively Manage a Steak ’n Shake Shift.
• Train, coach and inspire Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure food is properly stored and prepared in compliance with regulations.
