SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and leadership. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring some restaurant exposure, are at least 18, and are eligible to work in the United States. We offer extensive training and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
