What You Bring To The Table

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
• Customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations experience
• Energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts and peak hours
• Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift
• Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
• Own open, mid, or close routines and set the next shift up for success
• Recognize team members and celebrate shift winsCommunicate clearly and address issues as they arise
• Meet physical requirements: standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 lbs, routine restaurant tasks
• Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
