Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional fan service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will lead portions of the operation, greet fans with enthusiasm, and help coach crew to maintain high performance while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include supervising specific areas, maintaining organization, and resolving fan concerns per service standards. Must have ServSafe-capable training and stay positive under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be capable of supervising specific areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices (ServSafe certifiable).
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance.
• Greet and welcome fans; strive to exceed fan expectations with fan-first service.
• Assist in managing restaurant areas during scheduled shifts; coach crew for efficiency.
• Support the GM and Assistant Manager with training and coaching; ensure proper staffing and organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment; handle fan concerns per service standards.
