A fast-food franchise in Richland seeks a Shift Manager to oversee operations, train staff, and ensure exemplary customer service. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to improving team performance. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
