Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier guest service, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes coaching staff, implementing brand initiatives locally, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of management experience, strong operations knowledge, and a proven ability to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Pay Range - $58,032.00 - $71,552.00
