Shake Shack in Florida is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage the flow of service, direct the work of the team on shift, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You will help build and lead a high performing hourly team, participate in interviews, and assist with operations such as purchasing, receiving and inventory, while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
