As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your responsibilities include providing quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also help with hiring, training, and developing team members, inspiring moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Salary Range: $16.50 per hour - $20.70 per hour

The actual pay within this range will depend on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage laws. Overtime eligibility is in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
