Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
  2. Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
  3. Assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory).
  4. Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
