Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Hardee's Shift Leader for Martinsville East. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and train crew to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain cash procedures when in charge of a shift, including deposits.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed.
