Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Train for Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM.
• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Manage labor cost to meet standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards.
• Ensure cash procedures and deposits are followed.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
