Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for a Hardee’s location to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while helping drive profitability in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.

You will lead by example, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies. The position requires 18+ years old and 1 year of shift management experience, with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities
