• Ensure prompt and courteous phone and in-person guest reception.
• Manage cash handling and deliveries in line with OTD standards.
• Oversee kitchen procedures, sanitation, and portion control.
• Supervise inventory and vendor deliveries.
• Support HR onboarding and employee documentation.
