Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant shift operations.
• Coordinate the work of team members assigned to the shift and assign duties.
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory accuracy; complete shift/end-of-day paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests; follow safety codes.
• Follow the company 5-minute rule for incident reporting.
