Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Consistent and reliable
• Cheerful and Positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under management direction
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards and control inventory
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and deposits are managed
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulatory requirements
