Job summary

DHC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations on duty, lead the management team, supervise teammates, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will greet guests, take orders, manage opening/closing tasks, balance cash, train staff, and coordinate with the Restaurant Management Team. Must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work nights, weekends, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during the shift.
• Lead and supervise Team Members and ensure tasks are completed.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Train new and current Team Members and provide feedback.
• Communicate performance with Restaurant Management Team.
