Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's to supervise a shift, lead by example, and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will work alongside crew members to resolve guest issues and maintain profitability and operating standards. The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
