Job summary

Bar Louie is seeking aShift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service. You will guide team members to maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, especially when management is off-duty.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in casual dining, a HS diploma or GED, and strong leadership. Evening/weekend availability is required; benefits and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in casual restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain per state mandates.
• Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities.
• Availability for evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Maintain groomed appearance and follow uniforms.
