What We Offer:

• Starting pay of $11.00 - $15.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and guide your team, teach, motivate, and support their development.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, take orders, and resolve issues.
• Ensure food quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during your shift, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Be on your feet for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend/twist frequently.

What We Need From You:

• Experience in fast-food or restaurant environments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 50 pounds.
