• Follows restaurant policies and procedures and holds team members accountable.
• Ensures food safety practices and employment law compliance; communicates issues to General Manager.
• Coaches and mentors team members to develop a high performing crew.
• Monitors safety practices related to hazard communication and workplace safety.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and manages POS operations.
