Hardee's of Red Springs, operated by Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Leader in Red Springs, NC. You will supervise shifts, ensure quality and safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will train crew, manage labor, assist in sales growth, and enforce cash handling and sanitation procedures, while upholding company values and standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
