Job summary

Braum's in Dumas, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach crew, oversee shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain, and monitor inventory and safety standards.

The role features an excellent compensation package with bi-weekly bonus opportunities, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and vacation time. Work days rotate, with a 45-hour work week and reporting to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
