Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our busy kitchen and dining area. You will lead staff, ensure food safety, and deliver great customer service while driving sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work various shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean kitchen and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach team members to prepare and package orders promptly to meet service standards.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory controls.
