Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running great shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team with a smile, supervise tasks, and ensure safe, quality food service for customers.

Must be 18+ with strong leadership, basic math, and reliable transportation. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction on fast-paced shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash containers and manage cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by directing team members and ensuring smooth operations.
• Support management in meeting brand standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory and maintain financial accountability.
