The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, and includes responsibilities for ensuring smooth facility operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and related equipment.
• Ability to work with colleagues at different levels, from hourly staff to corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
