Marco’s Pizza, part of Hoogland Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence at our Winston-Salem location. You will lead shifts, manage team deployment, uphold product quality, and control costs while delivering friendly, fast service.

• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.

• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
