Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the United States, is seeking an energetic shift leader to guide a team, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and help grow sales while controlling costs.

Open and close shifts, supervise staff, maintain standards for service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and support local promotions. You will handle deposits and guest concerns and have opportunities for growth with the company.

• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
