Job summary

Cicis Pizza in Huntsville is hiring an Hourly Manager / Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will lead the team, uphold cash-handling standards, and ensure clean, safe food preparation.

We welcome energetic, reliable individuals who can work opening, lunch, dinner and closing shifts, including weekends. Training is provided to the right attitude and teamwork is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Hourly Manager / Shift Leader

You will primarily focus on:

• Setting example of excellence customer service
• Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
• Ensure food safety practices are followed
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
• Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
