You will follow food safety practices, manage cash with integrity, keep the dining area clean, and motivate teammates to deliver consistent, guest‑facing smiles while we work hard and have fun together.

Hourly Manager / Shift Leader

You will primarily focus on:

• Setting example of excellence customer service
• Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
• Ensure food safety practices are followed
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
• Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
