Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary:

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and create a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and coach Squad members in store tasks and standards
• Know all operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
