Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus tips.

Summary: As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and create a place where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, supporting a culture of inclusion and belonging. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, reflecting our commitment to employee growth and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positive shift environment
• Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in operational standards and procedures
• Partner with General Manager to engage with the community

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
