Job summary

Marco's Pizza Neenah is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members, ensure top-quality product and service, and manage daily operations. You will lead shifts, train staff on policies, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, maintaining cash accuracy, supporting store promotions, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. 18+ years of age, energy, and a passion for people are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain high customer service standards.
• Comfort with managing shifts and delegating duties to staff.
• Experience with cash handling and daily deposits is preferred.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
