Cicis Pizza in Huntsville, AL is hiring an Hourly Manager / Shift Leader to join our energetic team. This role requires leading by example, delivering great guest service, and supporting daily operations across opening, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts.

If you’re upbeat, reliable, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll help maintain food safety and cleanliness, manage cash handling, and participate in team meetings while helping guests enjoy a fun dining experience.

Qualifications

Hourly Manager / Shift Leader

• Setting example of excellence customer service
• Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
• Ensure food safety practices are followed
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
• Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
