Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $15.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a place where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, supporting employees in reaching their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line staff
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
