Role Summary

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads, embodying our service and community values. You will set the example of what it means to serve and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Model MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
2. Create a positive MOD vibe for customers and staff
3. Coach and motivate Shift Supervisors and Squad members
4. Train staff on operational standards and procedures
5. Partner with the General Manager to engage with the community

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
3. Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
4. Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
5. Minimum age of 18
