Shift Leader (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Ready to lead, have fun, and make a difference every shift? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic, dependable Shift Leaders who love great customer service, supporting their team, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the crew
• Coach and support team members
• Help manage daily operations, opening/closing, and cash handling
• Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership or shift management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Dependable, organized, and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
