Tropical Smoothie Café in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Café Shift Lead to welcome guests and model our vibrant culture. You will help develop crew members to deliver hospitality that aligns with our brand values and maintain a healthy, energetic team environment.

As a Café Shift Lead, you will lead a small crew per shift, prepare orders accurately, and ensure cleanliness and safety. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with the brand.

As the brand ambassador, the Café Shift Lead is responsible for assisting in the development of crew members that serve customers with unparalleled hospitality while aligning with our culture and values of the brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver the ultimate guest service experience with strong customer service skills needed.

• Communicate concise details about TSC products and information to all guests.

• Be responsible for product and guest service standards.

• Form an environment of Teamwork and assisting in developing team members.

• Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Work well with Crew Members and Managers.

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift

• Participate in all Tropical Smoothie Café training programs

Schedule:

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.

• Ability to work up to a 20-40 hour work week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
