Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling and cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food preparation areas.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
