Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience required.
• Management or shift-lead experience is a plus.
• Experienced servers, bartenders or hosts ready to take on more responsibility are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during busy shifts.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening, closing and service shifts
• Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience
• Assign positions and adjust staffing during service
• Coach and direct restaurant employees
• Maintain food, beverage, cleanliness and service standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Complete cash-handling and shift reports accurately
• Communicate important updates to restaurant leadership
• Step in wherever the team needs support
