Job summary

QDOBA is opening a brand new location in Pittsburgh. The Restaurant Shift Lead will help the General Manager run day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest service and food quality while ensuring adherence to policies and food safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 6 months in restaurant operations, Shift Lead training (ServSafe where required), and ability to communicate in English; Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe certification in certain states.
• English communication is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

• Maintains brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
